Music and The Healthy,Chic Mama

Sometimes being a mother can make you feel just downright tired and frazzled.  Maybe you have a baby who can't stop crying or maybe you're a mother who's trying to juggle a career between taking care of a baby plus other children. 

One thing I can always rely on to help me relax and stay centered when my day seems a little chaotic is music.  Soothing, calming music has the power to heal you.  Music has the power to even soothe and calm down your baby.

That said, I want to share with you a guest post I wrote over at The Cloth Diaper Report titled "Music and Your Baby".  Thanks to Emi for giving me the opportunity to share my thoughts with her readers!

Bottom line:  A healthy mama is a chic mama ;)
